Our Platform and Components
WorkTBFree is a USAID-supported project, part of the 5-year TBIHSS initiative managed by FHI 360 in collaboration with Lily Pad Digital Solutionis Inc. It aims to enhance employee-centered TB prevention and care in both formal and informal sectors.
The project aims to garner support for workplace TB programs, with a focus on efficient case finding and treatment,
while also contributing to the National TB Control Program (NTP) in the Philippines.
Reporting Policy Framework
A policy to enhance the integration of workplace screening into the broader NTP health information system, service delivery, and treatment.
Active Case Finding
Enhancing TB screening and diagnosis accessibility through mobile health clinics (vans) in both formal and informal economies.

A strategy for providing information, capacity building, and technical assistance to adopt TB programming models in workplaces.

Accessible online self-paced learning materials to empower workplace managers and stakeholders in establishing TB programs.
Workplace Engagement
The five-level approach to implement TB programs: Bronze - Initial Engagement, Silver - Signed Letter of Intent, Gold - Completion of ECOP requirements, Diamond - Consecutive ITIS Reporting for 2 months.
